Графический браузер базы данных (DatabaseBrowser)

- Диалог: готовые выборки (файлы/теги/свойства/связи), свой SQL,
  результат таблицей, пути кликабельны, ошибки красным
- Ctrl+Enter для выполнения, автопересчёт при изменении базы
- Меню Файл -> База данных (Ctrl+D)
